Legal Notification: Buyer is on notice regarding two important issues: First, LOTROTreasures/Gaming Treasures makes no claim to the title for any intellectual property and is merely acting as a third-party bailee of the property between the buyer and the gaming company. Secondly, buyer is on further notice that most licenses are personal in nature and not effectually transferable without consent of the party granting the license. At conclusion of the transaction, buyer assumes UOTreasures'/Gaming Treasures' station merely as a licensee of the gaming company to use its intellectual property and grants LOTROTreasures a novation from the entire transaction.
